Every vehicle runs the same four stages. You get a firm date before you commit, not an estimate that moves.
Intake and inspection
We photograph the vehicle on arrival and walk the paint with you, so existing chips and swirls are documented before anything starts.
Complete detail and paint correction
The vehicle is fully detailed, then every panel receiving film is machine corrected first. Film locks in whatever sits underneath it, so the paint is made right before anything goes on.
Film application
Panels are wrapped in a climate controlled bay using custom cut templates. Edges are tucked rather than trimmed on the paint wherever the panel allows it.

You get a firm date and a firm price before you commit, and if something changes we tell you rather than letting the date slide.
How long does paint protection film last?
The film carries a twelve year manufacturer warranty against cracking, bubbling and yellowing. In practice, life comes down to how the vehicle is stored and washed. Film that is maintained properly regularly outlives its warranty. Film that gets close range pressure washing at an automatic bay does not.
Can I put a ceramic coating over paint protection film?
Yes, and we recommend it. The coating sits on top of the film, makes it easier to wash and adds gloss across the whole car, including the panels that are not filmed. The order is what matters. Film goes on the paint first, coating goes over the top. If your car already has a coating on it when it arrives, that is not a problem either, it comes off during the correction stage before any film is applied.
Will paint protection film damage my paint when it is removed?
Not on factory paint, when it is installed and removed correctly. The adhesive is designed to release with controlled heat. The real risk sits with resprayed or poorly repaired panels, where the paint underneath was never properly bonded in the first place. We check for that during intake and tell you before we start rather than after.
Do you protect new vehicles before delivery?
Yes, and it is the ideal time. Paint that has never seen a Michigan winter needs far less correction, so the film goes onto a near perfect surface. Book the slot before you collect the car and we can usually line the two up.
