What to expect when you bring the vehicle in
Most people who contact Ascension Automotive have never had this kind of work done before. Here is the whole of it, so nothing on the day is a surprise.
- A walk around before anything starts.We photograph the vehicle on arrival and go over the paint with you, so any chips and swirls that were already there are documented up front.
- One recommendation, not a menu.We tell you what we would do to the vehicle, why, and what we would leave alone. If the answer is less work than you asked about, that is the answer you get.
- The figure you approve is the figure you pay.Nothing is added mid job. If we find something underneath that changes the picture, you hear about it before we touch it.
- Your keys back when we said.If a job needs another day to be right, you hear that from us before the date moves, not after.
- Nothing sent out.Film, coating, tint, correction and detailing are all done in this building by our own specialists, each one working on the service they do every day.

Do I need to leave my vehicle with you?
It depends on the service and the scope. Window tint and a single stage of paint correction are much shorter pieces of work than a full body film install. We confirm the timeline and the drop off plan in writing with your quote, before you commit to a date.
What can I ask you about?
