What happens after I submit my free quote?

During business hours, a member of our team calls you within 30 minutes. Not a call center. Not a salesperson reading from a script. A protection specialist who knows our work.

If you reach out after hours, you'll hear from us first thing the next business morning. We're open Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

We ask about your vehicle, how you drive it, and what you want it to look like in five years. Then we send you a written quote with options at multiple investment levels. No surprises. No bait-and-switch pricing later.

If you want to come in, we book a time that works for you. If you want to think on it, your quote stays valid for 14 days. Either way, you'll know exactly what your investment looks like before you commit to anything.

What does the consultation actually look like?

Calm, informative, and built around your vehicle.

Most consultations start with a quick call or text to learn about your vehicle, what you're trying to protect, and where you are in your decision. If a full walkthrough makes sense, we schedule a time for you to come into our 5,000 sqft climate-controlled studio.

When you come in, we walk your vehicle together. We photograph the problem zones, look at paint condition under proper lighting, and listen to how the car actually fits into your life.

You leave with a written protection plan tailored to your build. There is no upsell pressure. There is no closing tactic. If the recommendation is to wait six months and address paint correction first, that's what we'll tell you.

Every install is performed by the same factory-certified team. The work happens inside a 5,000 sqft climate-controlled studio with filtered air, controlled humidity, and dedicated bays for each service. And our standards don't shift based on the badge on the car.

Who actually works on my vehicle?

Service specialists, every time.

Each protection service at Ascension has its own dedicated team of trained specialists. The technician applying your PPF is the one who installs PPF every day. The technician applying ceramic is the one who lives in ceramic. The same applies to tint, paint correction, and detail.

They don't rotate, they don't subcontract, and they don't hand the work to whoever happens to be available. Your vehicle is logged in, photographed, walked through a written protection plan, and assigned to the specialist trained on that specific service.

You can meet them in person when you bring the car in. You'll know who's working on your vehicle before a single panel is touched.

What if I'm not ready to book right away?

That's fine. Your quote holds for 14 days, and there's no penalty for taking time to decide.

A premium protection investment isn't an impulse decision, and we don't pretend it should be. Some clients book the same week. Others wait six months for a new build to arrive. Others book the consultation first, sit on the quote, and come back when the timing fits their life.

Whatever pace works for you, works for us. The studio isn't going anywhere.
